Nature of digital content
Because eBooks are digital content that is made available immediately, they cannot be returned in the way a physical item can. By starting a download or opening the eBook, you acknowledge that you lose any right to cancel the purchase, to the extent permitted by law.
When we will refund
We will issue a refund if the eBook file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we are unable to supply a working replacement, if the eBook is materially different from its description, or if you were charged more than once for the same order.
We will also refund an order if you have not yet downloaded or accessed the eBook and you contact us promptly to cancel.
How to request a refund
Email help@branleyliving.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. We may ask for a screenshot or further details to help us investigate.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Access to the eBook may be withdrawn once a refund has been issued.
